Earthbound Farm began in 1984 on 2.5 acres in Carmel Valley, California. Today, millions of people enjoy our certified organic salads, fruits, and vegetables every day. While much has changed over the years, Earthbound Farm's organic commitment is unwavering: In 2008 alone, our organic farming on about 40,000 acres will keep more than 12 million pounds of potentially harmful chemicals out of the environment.
