About Us

Our farm is located on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. The rich volcanic soil and perfect amount of rainfall enable us to grow the world's finest organic fresh Hawaiian yellow ginger, turmeric and galangal from December through May. Frozen ginger puree is also available year round in Salinas, CA. Ginger juice, turmeric puree and galangal puree are by contract only. Our products are available to distributors, manufacturers and retailers.
