OMRI supports organic integrity by providing organic certifiers, farmers, gardeners, processors, and suppliers an independent review of inputs, such as fertilizers, pest control and livestock care products, intended for use in organic production. Acceptable products are OMRI Listed® and appear on the OMRI Products List© or OMRI Canada Products List©. OMRI also provides guidance and training on the acceptability of inputs under organic standards.
What We Offer
Certifiers and other organic professionals can subscribe to receive OMRI updates, educational resources, and technical support. A complete directory of OMRI Listed products in available at OMRI.org. OMRI also publishes the OMRI Generic Materials List©, a catalog of over 900 substances that are Allowed, Allowed with Restrictions, or Prohibited for use in organic agriculture and food processing under the U.S. National Organic Standards.
