Organic Valley is the brand label for CROPP Cooperative, the largest organic cooperative in the USA. Working with nature is what inspired our original seven farmers to form an organic farming cooperative in 1988. Today, our membership has grown to more than 1,900 family farms in 34 states, and our high standards shine through in our delicious, award-winning, certified organic foods.
What We Offer
Organic Valley offers both retail and organic ingredient products in the following categories: organic milk, lactose-free milk, organic cheese, organic butter, organic eggs, organic produce, and many kinds of organic dried milk for export.
Organic Valley offers the following organic milk ingredients for the global marketplace: sweet whey powder, whey protein concentrate and isolate, reduced mineral whey, organic milk protein concentrate 80%, and lactose. Organic Valley is also an industry leader in organic skim milk powders, nonfat dry milk powders, whole milk powders, cultured buttermilk powder, and custom blends.
