To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co. offers sprouted organic grain flours for breads that digest like a vegetable! (like a tomato, not a potato). Our flours are made from organic grains that have been sprouted, dried and milled on site in our small Alabama farm setting. We’re family-owned and hands-on to insure the best quality products for your good health!
What We Offer
Sprouted grains flours: spelt, wheat, barley, brown rice, buckwheat, rye, oats, millet, quinoa, kamut, amaranth, and corn. Also whole sprouted grains, black beans, lentils, garbanzo beans, mung beans and peas. Our flours can be used in your favorite bread recipes as well as in a bread machine. Try them in your favorite cake, cookie, pastry, and pasta recipes, too.
