Founded in 1999, California Garlic Company is a major processor of garlic, ginger, shallots and other ingredients for manufacturers and restaurant chains. Our plant is located in California and we have 15 warehouses nationwide. We carry conventional and organic products. Our products come IQF, Dehydrated, Roasted, Pureed, Caramelized, and Sautéed forms.
