Cascade Organic Flour is a family owned producer of organic wheat and organic flour in the Pacific Northwest. We produce several hundred acres of certified organic wheat. Our organic wheat is stored in state-of-the-art grain storage facilities which allows us to have a year-round stable supply of organic wheat at affordable and consistent prices. Additionally, our organic flour is milled at a facility at our farm. Moreover, our organic flour and organic sprouted flour are rigorously inspected and checked, and our food safety system conforms to audit and quality control protocols for tracing/recall at every step of the production process.
