About US Durum Milling, Inc.
US Durum Milling, Inc/Italgrani USA is a family owned company that produces conventional and organic durum semolina, durum flours, and durum by-products. We have been in business in the United States since 1980, and have been producing organic products since 2015. All products are offered in bulk quantities and some are offered in 50 pound bags. We produce our products at our facilities located in St. Louis, Missouri. At this location, we have a 4 million bushel grain elevator capable of segregating our organic raw materials, and a state of the art milling facility which produces high quality organic products to meet customer specifications. From this central location, we can efficiently ship product to locations across the country.
What We Offer
We produce Organic Durum Semolina and Organic Durum Patent Flour in bulk railcar, bulk truckload, and 50 pound bag quantities. We also produce Organic Second Clear, Midds, and pelletized Midds by bulk rail or bulk truckload.
